1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Grand Smart IPTV Player ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Grand Smart IPTV Player. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Grand Smart IPTV Player is a client application that allows users to connect to their own Xtream API servers to stream IPTV content on mobile devices.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Grand Smart IPTV Player does NOT provide, host, distribute, or control any IPTV content. The App is a client application only. All content is provided by the user's own Xtream server. We are not an IPTV service provider.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Grand Smart IPTV Player, you agree and acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for all content accessed through your Xtream server
• You have proper authorization and legal rights to access all content through your Xtream server
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and copyright laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the App to access or distribute illegal, copyrighted, or unauthorized content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Xtream server credentials
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for any charges or fees from your Xtream server provider

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Grand Smart IPTV Player to:

• Access or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to access content that violates third-party rights
• Share your Xtream server credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Grand Smart IPTV Player developers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

Third-Party Content: We do not claim ownership of any content accessed through your Xtream server. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Damages resulting from content accessed through your Xtream server
• Damages resulting from copyright infringement or illegal content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, or $0 if the App is free.

Content Liability: We are not responsible for any content accessed through your Xtream server. You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and authorization of all content accessed through the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grand Smart IPTV Player developers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Your access to or distribution of illegal, copyrighted, or unauthorized content through your Xtream server
• Any content accessed through your Xtream server

9. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Xtream API servers). We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• The content provided by your Xtream server
• The privacy practices or security of third-party services
• Any damages or losses resulting from third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. No Content Provider Relationship

WE ARE NOT AN IPTV SERVICE PROVIDER. Grand Smart IPTV Player is a client application only. We do not:

• Provide, host, or distribute any IPTV content
• Control or have access to content on your Xtream server
• Monitor or filter content accessed through the App
• Endorse or guarantee the legality of any content
• Have any relationship with content providers or Xtream server operators

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization to access all content through their Xtream servers.

11. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through the App infringes your copyright, please contact your Xtream server provider or the content owner directly.

We do not host or control any content. All content is provided by your Xtream server. We cannot remove or block specific content as we do not have access to it.

If you are a copyright owner and believe content accessed through a user's Xtream server infringes your rights, you must contact the Xtream server operator directly.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
